2D & 3D Layouts

We help you determine what the layout of your event may be as well as the number of people you can fit into each room. We can also provide scale floor plans and 3D room diagrams to identify potential spatial issues and showcase to the event planner an in-depth view on what to expect from the event space.

Our layout options include:

• Basic room layout – providing a basic room plan indicating where general items are located such as stage, tables and chairs, buffet stations, screens

• Technical design – providing technical solutions, options and suitable equipment to meet the requirements of the event

• Technical theory – calculating and ability to provide detail information and drawings (e.g. rigging weight calculations, brightness and distances of projectors, angles of lighting fixtures)

• Aesthetic design – incorporating many elements including technical, staging, room dressing and styling/theming into a cohesive, stylish and practical solution.

• All of the above with room plans, 3D room design, virtual room walk throughs, concept sketches/illustrations of key design elements, imagery/photographs of like or similar items and or settings
